I am Robert Earl, Founder of the St Pete LUXE Living Group. Allow me a moment or two so that I can share with you the story of CAZA Florida and why I am so passion about our role is assist you in the real estate process.
For far too long, the wrong people in the Real Estate transactions have been making the critical decisions, the Real Estate Agents. THERE, I SAID IT.
Choices that should be made by the Real Estate Buyers and Sellers are being made by the person that is not going to be living in the house. The one that is not going to be making the payments. I understand it… The Real Estate industry is stuck in the 50-60’s where the brokers controlled the listing in a magical book that came around once or twice a monthly and gleefully called select clients and declared, “Have I got the house for you!”. Well times have changes, yet in many ways, the gatekeeper mentality of the real estate industry hasn’t.
Let me tell you a personal story to illustrate my point. In the early 2000’s, I assisted my Grandparents with the Sale of their lifelong home. Going through that process, time and time again myself and my grandparents were TOLD what to do. We were not consulted, rather we were told – That is the way that it is done around here.
We were not educated. The entire process of interacting with the agents left a bad taste in my mouth. And I quickly realized that I had the power to change the way customers were treated… At least the ones that I came in contact with.
Sellers and Buyers deserve to be empowered with the RIGHT information to make the critical CHOICES required to accomplish what THEY want to accomplish. Call it my Jerry Maguire Manifesto moment. (No, not the show me the money part, the part at the start of the movie…)
I reevaluated the entire way that I was “selling real estate”. I realized that people didn’t want to be SOLD, they wanted information so that they could make critical choices and then they wanted to be assisted to carry out their choices.
It was from that process that our Group was Born.
500+ Sellers and Buyers assisted over the next 12 years showed that I was on to something, and that consumers like to be involved in the CHOICES.
Fast forward to 2016 – and the vision of St Pete LUXE Living Group grew, thanks to the leadership of Gary Keller and Keller Williams Realty.

Will a new headquarters based in sunny St. Pete Florida, sitting on the edge of Tampa Bay… We set out to expand this concept into other parts of the real estate market. First stop, right across the bridges of Tampa Bay to Tampa Florida and across the Sunshine Skyway to Sarasota Florida.

PS – On a personal note, a few years after the move, my Grandfather—a proud WWII Veteran said to me, “I wish we would have made the move a few years sooner.” He & my Grandmother were married 64 1/2 years & he passed 1 day shy of 6 months after she passed. They say it was a heart attack, but our family knows it was a broken heart. To know that I helped them so that they didn’t have to worry about the home in their last years is something I will always cherish.
